Customer Support Specialist:in (Deutsch Und NiederlÀndisch) (M/W/D)

We are looking for an experienced Customer Support Specialist:in (Deutsch Und NiederlÀndisch) (M/W/D), who will join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is responsible for providing outstanding customer service and seamless support for our customers using our POS and E-Commerce software solutions. This role requires a strong background in customer service, a good understanding of IT, and knowledge in the area of online hardware and networks.

Main Tasks:

  • Customer Support: Main contact point for customer inquiries and problems, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Technical Support: Providing technical support for our POS and E-Commerce software, solving technical issues, and guiding customers in using our products
  • Coordination: Coordinating with internal teams, including product, development, sales, and IT, to ensure all customer inquiries and issues are handled efficiently
  • Training: Developing and conducting training programs for customers to ensure they are able to use our software solutions effectively
  • Documentation: Creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, FAQs, and support tickets
  • Problem Solving: Identifying potential problems and risks in the use of our products and developing strategies to quickly resolve them
  • Feedback: Collecting and forwarding customer feedback and feature requests to the product team to continuously improve our software solutions
  • Continuous Improvement: Constantly evaluating and improving support processes to increase efficiency and customer experience

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in the software or IT industry
  • Technical Skills: Good understanding of IT infrastructure, online hardware, and networks. Experience with POS and E-Commerce systems is highly desirable
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Problem Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive approach to identifying and solving problems
  • Customer Orientation: Proven ability to manage and exceed customer requirements, with a focus on delivering exceptional services
  • Time Management: Ability to efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Teamwork: Ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team to find the best solutions for our customers
  • Languages: Native German proficiency preferred, fluent English and Dutch (B2-C1)
