We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Services Manager to lead our Customer Service team within the cluster. This role is pivotal in delivering best-in-class customer and logistics service, driving operational excellence, and ensuring customer satisfaction through strategic process implementation.

As a Customer Services Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • Lead and manage the cluster's Customer Service team, fostering a culture of performance, development, and engagement.
  • Implement and oversee customer experience standards while coaching and developing talent within the Customer Services team.
  • Drive continuous improvement in service delivery through collaboration with Sales, Supply Chain, and Production teams.

What you bring to the table:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer services or logistics in an international environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in people management.
  • Proficiency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.
