Chez Shyfter, we don’t just sell dreams, but a concrete solution that allows restaurant, hotel, business, and healthcare managers to regain control of their time by digitizing the management of schedules and staff.
Our presence is already strong in Belgium and France, but this is just the beginning. We are now preparing to conquer Europe, with Spain and the Netherlands as our next strategic steps.
As an SDR, you are at the forefront of commercial development. You are the first voice our prospects hear. And you love it.
Your missions (if you accept them):
- Cold hunting, over the phone, prospects from highly qualified lists in the French market.
- Qualifying leads: quickly understand the stakes of a prospect and identify the best opportunities for AEs.
- Being the right-hand of the Account Executives: you pass them hot leads, you prepare the ground.
- Use modern tools (Hubspot, Kaspr, Lusha, etc.) to generate and follow up on opportunities.
- Set objectives, exceed them, and start again.
- Actively participate in improving scripts and approaches.
The profile we are looking for:
- You love the phone and have no fear of cold calling.
- You want an intensive, training, rewarding job.
- You want to earn more than your fixed salary (uncapped commission).
- You are autonomous, determined, competitive.
- You can handle “no” and bounce back at every objection.
- You want to work in a tech SaaS startup in hypergrowth.
- We are not looking for seniors, mediors, juniors, we are looking for hunters!
Remuneration & benefits:
- A CDI of 30 to 43K€ OTE at 100% of objective (set monthly)
- Fixed salary plus uncapped commissions from the first sale.
- A 13th month.
