- Hands-on role dedicated to individual contribution with autonomy in driving technical vision for Shuttle
- Responsible for scaling the Shuttle platform to serve hundreds of thousands of users while ensuring high operability and observability
- Upholding code best practices, maintainability, and documentation to deliver successful outcomes for customers
- Involvement in platform decisions and influencing the company's direction, focusing on code quality and customer success
- Required expertise in cloud-native architecture, infrastructure primitives, diagnosing issues with web services, and maintaining applications in production
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced senior member of a startup/scale-up team with a track record of success in driving technical vision and platform decisions
- Strong communication skills to coordinate across technical and non-technical teams effectively
- Expertise in building and operating highly available, scalable, cost-effective, and secure systems, with a focus on cloud-native architecture
- Ability to diagnose and resolve issues with distributed web services and maintain applications in production using SRE & CI/CD best practices
- Proficient in AWS services and infrastructure as code tools, with a growth mindset and willingness to learn new technologies
