Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize marketing initiatives that generate awareness, engagement, and qualified leads for Shutterstock Business Solutions division products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B marketing, with a strong grasp of campaign management, events, digital channels, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to deliver integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business impact.

The Day to Day:

  • Support and execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
  • Coordinate multi-channel campaigns across email, paid media, ABM, social, content syndication, and events.

Lead Generation & Nurturing:

  • Partner with the line of business Marketing leads on campaigns that generate qualified leads and accelerate pipeline.
  • Support lead workflows, uploads, segmentation, and scoring.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns for conversion rates and ROI.

Event & Trade Show Coordination:

  • Manage company participation in industry events, webinars, customer events, and conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
  • Track event ROI and gather post-event insights.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor key performance metrics for campaigns, events, and digital channels.
  • Generate actionable insights and recommendations to improve marketing performance.
  • Report regularly to stakeholders on campaign outcomes and ROI.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Proficiency in business tools (e.g., Excel, Google Slides, Slack) and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and optimization.
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution in a B2B environment.
  • Experience with virtual event platforms (Zoom, ON24, Hopin, etc.) and event technology tools (Splash, Cvent, Mobly).
  • Comfortable with occasional travel to support onsite events.
