Come and join our Canadian Enterprise Services (ES) team as a Bilingual Business Development Manager. In this role, you will apply your sales expertise, market knowledge, and understanding of the Siemens portfolio to develop long-term, strategic partnerships with healthcare organizations.
This position will be based in Montreal and will work in close collaboration with the existing Business Development Manager and Solutions Architect to deliver a coordinated and customer-focused approach across Canada.
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Bilingual Business Development Manager, Enterprise Services, you will be responsible for:
- Leading business development efforts for Enterprise Services within Quebec and across French-speaking Canadian markets.
- Collaborating closely with the Canadian ES team (Business Development Manager and Solutions Architect) to align strategies and ensure national coverage.
- Developing and maintaining a funnel of opportunities by identifying, targeting, and engaging healthcare providers, government stakeholders, and industry partners.
- Designing and delivering customized enterprise solutions with colleagues, supporting proposals, customer workshops, and strategic roadmap sessions.
- Sharing market insights, customer needs, and successful practices with Canadian and global ES teams.
- Transitioning from reactive sales approaches to proactive, consultative business development.
- Representing Siemens Healthineers Enterprise Services in regional and national healthcare forums.

- Knowledge of the healthcare industry including current trends, challenges and regulatory activity which may affect Siemens Healthiners' customers
- Knowledge of financial models and solutions geared towards customer specific situations
- The ability to confidently engage with senior executives in a healthcare setting
- Demonstrated Executive Level presentation skills with compelling content, messaging, creativity, collaboration, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of healthcare technology, digital platforms and their impact supporting the workflow in a healthcare
- Willingness and flexibility to travel within the region of coverage and occasionally beyond
Required skills to have for the success of this role:
- Relevant post-secondary education (or acceptable training and experience)
- Relevant post-secondary education (Business, Healthcare Administration, Engineering, or equivalent).
- 8+ years of experience in medical technology, healthcare operations, or consulting.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in business development or sales.
- Willing to travel up to 30% within Quebec and across Canada.
- Valid driver's license
- Clearance to travel domestically and internationally for training purposes (without restrictions)
- Must have a valid passport
- Bilingualism English / French language: The successful candidate for this position must be bilingual. Fluency in French and English (verbal and written) is required to perform the duties and responsibilities of the position for the following reason(s):
- The role requires interacting with English-speaking customers and suppliers across Canada and/or internationally;
- The role requires regular interactions with Siemens colleagues based outside of Quebec, nationally and internationally;
- The role requires using software or technology that is available only in English;
