We are hiring a Senior Account Manager to help scale ShopBack Ads, our fast growing retail media and advertising business in Australia. This role is focused on growing and setting the bar for what exceptional client service looks like within ShopBack Ads. You will own and grow our most strategic Tier 1 partnerships across FMCG and Alcohol, ensuring our clients see ShopBack as a core driver of growth, not just another channel.
ShopBack Ads is a rapidly expanding business unit focused on helping brands reach high intent shoppers at the moment of purchase. It sits at the intersection of commerce, media, and performance marketing, offering brands a powerful and measurable alternative to traditional digital advertising.
You will play a critical role in building long term partnerships, driving revenue growth, and influencing how Tier 1 brands invest, plan, and activate on the platform.
