Your Adventure Ahead

Distribute ShopBack point-of-sale materials (POSMs) to partner outlets

Manage daily visit routes and logistics to maximize productivity

Conduct on-site merchant training and educate outlet staff on ShopBack's digital solutions

Analyze operational metrics & troubleshoot operational issues affecting partners

Assist in the deployment of campaigns, signage, and promotions to enhance user retention and acquisition

Gather and maintain up-to-date outlet information, including store visuals, POSM visibility, and system feedback

Provide field insights to improve operations and partner experience

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 11:00 - 19:00 pm

Essentials to Succeed

A self started with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized with strong multitasking abilities

Ability to work effectively under pressure in a deadline-driven environment

Familiar with the roads in Hong Kong & willing to commute to various places within Hong Kong

Proficiency in English and Cantonese is mandatory. Mandarin proficiency is a plus
