Customer Service Representative

Shimano Nordic Denmark supplies the retail market with bicycle components and accessories, and is looking for reinforcement for our customer service in Brøndby. As a customer service employee, you will be in daily contact with our customers and help with information about products, prices, product availability, delivery times, and similar. Together with a small team of experienced colleagues, you are our central customer contact when it comes to products and orders.

The Challenge

• Creation of new customers and administration of customer records
• Phone/chat advice on questions related to products, prices, product availability, and deliveries
• Suggestions for alternative products to meet customer needs
• Technical advice to a lesser extent, supported by our specialists
• Support of our running sales representatives
• Participation in sales campaigns
• Creation of orders and follow-up on orders, as well as answering inquiries and complaints
• Limited participation in events, fairs, etc.
• Administrative tasks

What Are We Looking For?

• You are passionate about cycling – it is important that you have solid knowledge of Shimano's products within everyday bikes, e-bikes, and the high-end segment.
• You are comfortable communicating in Danish with customers and are service-oriented.
• You work structured, independently, and data-based.
• You understand the importance of reporting and may have worked with CRM systems.
• You are proficient in Office and have already worked with digital order processing, etc.
• You can communicate in English, both in writing and verbally.
• You are expected to have a few travel days per year in connection with training, events, and fairs. The headquarters are in Brøndby, where your workplace will be.
