Provide technical support and service on the applications of SW's products for customer.
Provide technical explanations for product, application, inspection, coating knowledge and problem for customer.
Complete and submit technical service reports timely based on daily activities.
Assist sales team to carry out necessary mock-ups, application guidance and compliant handling on site.
Follow SW's policies and the arrangements of superiors, perform high professionalism in the technical services, and protect SW's interests.
Behave honestly and consistently, keep promises made to others, especially to the customers.
Maintain constant communication and information exchange with customer and develop positive relationship with customer.
Collect various information from the market, participate in the cross-departmental collaboration with various functional departments, actively cooperate with the line supervisor and the company's project management teams. Have an ability to perform his own safety management.
