Sr. Analyst, Hr Data Governance & Continuous Improvement

The Sr. Analyst, HR Data Governance & Continuous Improvement supports Sherwin Business Services (SBS) Employee Services HR Shared Services business processes, continuous improvement projects, governing HR systems, data/audit compliance and reporting and metrics.

The analyst supports a variety of HR projects and collaborates with the HR IT team to review reporting, identify improvement and automation opportunities, and develop HR metrics and insights. They also audit data, implement data governance, resolve system issues, and support testing and implementation efforts.

A strong analytical mindset and natural curiosity are essential, along with the ability to work independently with data from diverse and complex sources. Staying informed about emerging tools and processes is important, as we continuously strive to enhance automation and efficiency. Excellent organizational and follow-up skills are critical for managing multiple projects, tracking tasks, and ensuring timely progress toward deadlines.
