Main Responsibilities:
• Updating KPIs and internal controls of the area;
• Support in communication with HR Business Partners, HR Shared Services, Managers, and Employees;
• Support in the review and automation of internal processes, focusing on efficiency and digitalization;
• Support in the preparation, review, and translation of materials such as policies, training, and communications;
• Support in the annual Merit and Bonus processes;
• Support in the management and follow-up of calls received by the Corporate Compensation area;
• General support to the LATAM Corporate Compensation team
