Delivery Service Supervisor
This position supervises Sherwin-Williams Delivery Service Drivers for the West Texas and El Paso markets. Delivery Service Drivers are responsible for delivering products to customers from Sherwin-Williams stores and branches. Supervisors provide direct management of drivers and leads and are accountable for fostering a team environment through effective and appropriate communication. They are responsible for maintaining all standards in accordance with safety, quality, inventory, and productivity levels as well as providing leadership to meet SWDS goals and objectives.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to report to the West Texas District Office at 4630 50th St., Lubbock, TX 79414. Job duties include contact with other employees and access confidential and proprietary information and/or other items of value, and such access may be supervised or unsupervised. The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.
