We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist for our Facility organization. You will be an important link between the company's stakeholders. You will receive and coordinate customer orders, monitor order processes, and manage inventory. You will work closely with sales, logistics, and overseas sites. Your duties also include maintaining product and customer data.
We expect you to have previous experience in relevant areas and good IT skills; you should be proficient in using Microsoft365 applications and have experience with ERP systems. Experience with Oracle r12 system is considered an advantage. Your work days are varied, so the ability to organize your day according to situations helps in succeeding in the job. In addition to Finnish, you should communicate fluently in English, both written and verbally, and other language skills are an advantage. We also expect a can-do attitude, customer-oriented approach, and courage to tackle new tasks. You should be flexible and self-initiated, a team player. However, you should also be able to make decisions and drive things forward independently.
