Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR)

Shentel is hiring a year-round part-time Retail Customer Service Representative (RCSR) in our Radford, VA Shentel Cable Store.

The selected candidate will be expected to maintain a consistent yet flexible work schedule throughout the full calendar year, including summers.

The ideal candidate will have experience as a Customer Service professional. The RCSR will sell Shentel Broadband service through face-to-face and over-the-phone interactions. You will play a pivotal role in keeping your neighbors connected!

We offer a great work environment and competitive hourly pay plus commission opportunities:

• 25-30 hours are available Monday – Friday between 8 am and 5 pm.
• Opportunities for more hours based on business needs
• Closed on Saturday and Sunday

Must Have:

• Reputation for working in a dynamic, fun environment
• Your high school diploma or equivalent
• One year of customer service or call center experience

This is a year-round, part-time position.
