Data-Driven Strategy and Product Mix Optimization:
Apply strong analytical skills to assess the performance of brand experience initiatives, focusing on key metrics such as reach, ROI, customer satisfaction, and brand perception.
Use data-driven insights to recommend and implement strategies for optimizing the product mix and assortment, ensuring they align with consumer preferences and market trends.
Recommend product selections that balance average item price and basket size, with a clear focus on improving total average ticket, sales conversion, and overall in-store performance KPIs.
Customer Experience and Engagement:
Ensure the customer experience across all pop-up stores and offline events is seamless, interactive, and aligned with SHEIN's brand identity.
Collaborate with internal teams, including social media, marketing, and sales, to design strategies that enhance the customer journey, driving both online and in-store engagement.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years' experience in trade marketing, brand activations, or local marketing.
Strong analytical profile, with the ability to derive insights and recommendations from data.
Proven ability to manage and execute physical events.
Demonstrated business acumen, cross-functional leadership, and strategic thinking.
Highly organized with strong bias for action, able to operate in fast-paced environments and deliver results against tight timelines.
