Job Responsibilities
1. Talent Scouting: Proactively identify and onboard exceptional livestream personalities who can significantly boost user interaction and sales on SHEIN's streaming platform.
2. Influencer Relations Management: Oversee the effective functioning of the influencer initiative, incorporating strategy formulation, operational execution, fostering relationships with influencers and detailed analytics reporting.
3. Interdepartmental Collaboration: Engage with a variety of departments (including Social Media, Marketing, Graphic Design, Production, and Business Strategy teams) in a high-energy setting to effectively carry out assigned responsibilities.
4. Influencer Activity Oversight & Issue Management: Vigilantly monitor influencer activities to pre-empt and address any potential issues, aiming to minimize adverse effects on the company's image.
Job Requirements
1. Network of Influencers: Established connections with digital influencers, industry leaders, talent groups, and creative communities.
2. Industry Knowledge: Prior experience in digital commerce, live broadcast media, Multi-Channel Networks (MCN), Streaming Services, or related sectors is beneficial.
3. Content Production Experience: Previous involvement in creating content or leading production for digital media, live events, or comparable experiences.
4. Project Management Excellence: Outstanding organizational and project oversight skills, with a flair for both creative and strategic thinking.
5. English Language Skills: Proficient in English (Intermediate/Advanced level) for liaising with stakeholders from various regions.
6. Analytical & Critical Thinking Skills: Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a logical approach.
7. Work Ethic & Team Collaboration: Dependable, with a positive approach and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
