Job Responsibilities
1. Support business by acquiring an in-depth understanding of the business model and strategic direction.
2. Be responsible for the full-function HR management.
3. Collaborate closely with stakeholders and leadership, acting as an HR consultant to line managers by providing guidance and solutions in the following areas: Talent development and organizational development, Performance management, Employee relations, etc.
4. Work closely with the business to establish a comprehensive understanding of business strategies and implement high-quality HR practices, offering strategic business support.
5. Lead or participate in global HR projects to support SHEIN's international operations and strategies.
Job Requirements
1. 1.5+ years of HR working experience, ideally within top-tier tech or e-commerce companies.
2. Hands-on experience in supporting international operations and cross-border management.
3. A self-driven professional with innovative problem-solving skills and a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Proven ability to effectively manage stakeholders and build strong relationships, with excellent consulting skills.
5. Capable of managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines.
