Full time (1.0) position - with flexible working arrangements available (eg. part-time). Based in Melbourne (Naarm) - a remote-first position with occasional in-person collaboration with other team members. The successful candidate will undertake domestic travel occasionally as part of this role. $110,000 - $130,000 (FTE) per annum excluding superannuation.

Role Summary

The Manager, Operations & Reporting leads the operational backbone of the National Centre, ensuring robust internal systems, high-quality governance, funder reporting, and compliance with all regulatory and contractual obligations.

Working closely with the CEO and executive team, this role manages key outsourced providers, supports strategic planning, drives continuous improvement, and embeds effective, organisation-wide operational practices.

By enabling strong governance, clear reporting, and integrated operations, this role directly contributes to the National Centre's mission to prevent child sexual abuse and improve support systems and recovery pathways for victims and survivors.
