✨ About The Role
- Define target dishes, menus, cuisines, and categories for the platform
- Recruit and onboard shefs to build menus of target dishes
- Facilitate taste testing evaluations to maintain quality and filter for high-quality shefs
- Shape supply by coaching and guiding shefs on menu and dish creation
- Conceptualize and implement projects to improve quality and supply selection on the platform

- Experienced in Consulting/Strategy/Operations with a background in culinary expertise or experience, able to identify menu and dish opportunities
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making mentality to evaluate supply and draw insights
- Ability to communicate effectively, empathize, and manage relationships with shefs
- Proven track record of taking initiative, being flexible, and maintaining a collaborative attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about food, sharing authentic cuisine, and empowering cooks to bring their food to customers
