✨ About The Role
- Responsible for defining target dishes, menus, cuisines, and categories for the platform
- Recruit and onboard shefs to build menus of target dishes
- Conduct taste testing evaluations to maintain quality standards
- Guide shefs on menu and dish creation, including recipe adjustments and menu curation
- Implement projects to improve quality and selection on the platform
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced in Consulting, Strategy, or Operations with at least 3 years of relevant experience
- Strong culinary expertise or experience, able to identify menu and dish opportunities
- Ability to drive sales-like funnels to recruit potential shefs
- Possesses a keen sense of ownership and initiative in a dynamic work environment
- Data-driven decision-maker with strong analytical skills and business judgment
