SDS Warehouse Operations Team Member Trainer – Selecting

Job Title

Select items to ship to stores. Train employees within the Selecting department as directed.

Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned):

• Select full case products to outbound pallets
• Perform put module and staging tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Select unit pick items for shipment accurately and efficiently.
• Perform pallet checking functions accurately and efficiently.
• Complete various logs such as production, equipment inspections, master cleaning schedules, etc. with accuracy
• Handle inventory in a manner to avoid damages.
• Report any circumstances that are obstacles to performance, accuracy or safety to the manager or team lead.
• Perform cig cutting, unit putaway, cooler unit and cooler full case selecting accurately and efficiently, as needed.
• Responsible for training team members through procedure reviews and on-the-job training, while monitoring training progress and accurately complete required training documents.
• Must consistently demonstrate respectful and professional behavior when interacting and training other employees. All training must be done with a positive, welcoming attitude that demonstrates our culture and values.
• Regularly give feedback and assist in maintaining accurate training documents and SOP’s.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED preferred

Experience: No experience required. Must currently work in the department that is hiring for a trainer.

Licenses/Certifications: None required

Tools & Equipment: Motorized Equipment (generators, pressure washer, fork lift, etc.)
