This position offers a base salary range of $71,651 - $119,419 per year, depending on experience and qualifications, plus bonus based on company performance.

Serve as the primary compensation liaison for CLI & SDS leadership by leading complex compensation initiatives and cross functional projects that support the business and HR strategy. Work cross-functionally with Human Resource Business Partners (HRBP’s) and senior leaders in the creation and administration of compensation programs, analysis of compensation surveys to benchmark wages, and providing wage and salary recommendations for new hires and internal promotions.
1. Act as a trusted advisor for CLI & SDS leadership and HRBP’s on compensation policies, best practice pay administration, and applicable state and federal compensation regulations
2. Lead compensation projects and initiatives for CLI & SDS, including pay structure reviews, market benchmarking studies, and process improvements to enhance quality, consistency, and competitiveness.
3. Lead and deliver training to HRBPs and business partners on compensation principles, system transactions (lateral transfers, department transfers, reports to, etc.) with available tools, resources, and job aids; responsible for supporting the process of promotions and demotions
4. Conduct advanced market analysis to benchmark jobs against survey data, local market intelligence, and internal frameworks to determine competitiveness; advise leadership during the annual wage setting process, as well as updates throughout the year, as needed
5. Ensure that requests for employee offer recommendations and internal wage/salary adjustments comply with current compensation policy, including a review of internal equity
6. Manage and continuously improve the offer letter process for non-production employees
7. Assist in identifying difficult staffing areas, recommending data-driven pay strategies, and administer wage changes as necessary
8. Assist in implementation of special compensation programs or incentive systems for SDS & CLI.
9. Partner with CLI & SDS leadership to maintain job architecture integrity, in creating new and review of existing jobs, ensuring job descriptions are accurate, up-to-date, and properly maintained with internal systems

Education
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field required
Experience
• Minimum 4 years’ compensation experience, including market analysis and project coordination across HR and business teams required.
Licenses/Certifications
• PHR/SPHR and/or SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP Certification preferred
