The Sales Compensation Manager works alongside the Senior Manager with business leaders at all levels, collaborating on innovative data-based solutions in pursuit of the company's sales goals. It is expected that this position will be subject matter expert for design and implementation of new plans, while helping to calculate payments for and maintain current plans. He/she will also lead projects through analyzing and modeling commission plans and what if scenarios. It will serve as a customer-facing capacity to Shaw's sales force, researching and answering inquiries, as well as preparing and delivering training to support the implementation of new plans.
