The Pro Account Manager is responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence across Shaw's partnership with Home Center Pro divisions. This role focuses on supporting outside sales reps (OSRs), managing complex quoting workflows, and positioning Shaw's flooring solutions as indispensable to Pro expansion efforts in serving small-to-mid-size builders, remodelers, specialty contractors, and commercial opportunities.
