Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of new sales representatives to accelerate their success and retention.
  • Train and coach reps on proven sales strategies, techniques, and best practices.
  • Ensure inventory is moved efficiently, profitably, and in alignment with company goals.
  • Track and analyze team performance, providing actionable feedback to drive improvement.
  • Cultivate a positive, high-energy, and competitive team culture centered on accountability and results.
  • Partner with leadership to identify opportunities for growth, process improvements, and new training initiatives.
  • Support reps in overcoming obstacles and achieving individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  • Strong background in training, coaching, and developing new sales talent.
  • Proven ability to drive sales results and meet or exceed revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and motivational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and identify trends.
  • High level of adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving ability.
