Tele-Sales Executive
The Tele-Sales Executive will be responsible for acquiring new Small & Medium Business (SMB) customers for Etisalat by promoting and selling Etisalat business services over the phone. The role involves active prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
Conduct outbound calls to prospective SMB clients to promote Etisalat products and services.
Generate new leads, identify business opportunities, and achieve monthly sales targets.
Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly and confidently to decision-makers.
Follow up on assigned leads and maintain a high conversion ratio.
Maintain an updated database of all calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM systems.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Etisalat business solutions.
Coordinate with the field sales team (if required) for closures and follow-ups.
Ensure compliance with Etisalat sales processes and quality standards.
Provide daily/weekly updates and reports to the team leader or sales manager.
Minimum 1–2 years of tele-sales or call-center sales experience (telecom experience preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Fluency in English is a must; additional languages (Hindi/Urdu/Malayalam/Arabic) are an advantage.
Basic knowledge of UAE SMB market and telecom products (preferred).
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
