Support daily operations and maintenance activities of solar PV plants to ensure optimal performance.
Monitor plant performance through SCADA and other monitoring systems.
Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to inverters, modules, transformers, and other balance-of-plant equipment.
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance tasks under supervision of senior engineers.
Coordinate on-site inspections, identify faults, and escalate issues as required.
Maintain records of incidents, energy generation, downtime, and corrective actions.
Support in preparing operational reports and performance analysis for management.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams for issue resolution and spare part management.
Ensure adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards and company protocols during field operations.
Assist in implementation of digital tools, SOPs, and best practices to improve plant reliability and efficiency.
Prepare and maintain monthly roster for all O&M support team and field engineers for planned O&M activities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree in engineering.
0–2 years of experience in solar O&M, renewable energy operations, or technical support (fresh graduates may apply).
Basic knowledge of solar PV technology, inverters, transformers, and electrical systems.
Familiarity with SCADA systems, data logging, and performance monitoring tools is an advantage.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with attention to detail.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to support teams to execute the required tasks on time.
Flexible for emergency call-outs if required.
