- Collaborate with customers to integrate and develop recommendation models using the Shaped Platform
- Connect external data sources to Shaped and create ranking models with a declarative SQL interface
- Experiment with ranking models for customer's discovery use-cases and analyze data for performance improvements
- Build relationships with customers' technical teams to ensure long-term success with Shaped
- Deliver technical demos to showcase Shaped's capabilities to customers and contribute to shaping product roadmaps and engineering culture
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 5-8 years in software engineering, data science, or solutions architecture roles
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work well in fast-paced, small teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a passion for customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, or related field; Master's or PhD advantageous
