✨ About The Role
- Lead the Solutions Engineering team to help customers integrate, build, and experiment with machine-learning models using the Shaped Platform
- Collaborate with a diverse range of customers to solve their ranking challenges and shape product roadmaps based on customer requirements
- Experiment with ranking models for customer's discovery use-cases and analyze data to identify performance improvements
- Build strong relationships with customers’ technical teams and leaders to ensure long-term success with Shaped
- Deliver technical demos to showcase the capabilities of the Shaped platform to customers
⚡ Requirements
- Experienced professional with 5-8 years in software engineering, data science, or solutions engineering roles
- Proficient in Python, SQL, and have a strong background in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in fast-paced, small teams
- Passionate about problem-solving, unblocking issues for customers, and delivering exceptional customer service
- Comfortable wearing multiple hats, collaborating with diverse customers, and contributing to product roadmaps based on customer requirements
