- Deliver outstanding customer service.
- Maintain accessible, transparent, complete and detailed customer information files.
- Coach & monitor activity of local Key Account Management team to achieve team target.
- Cooperate with Sales team to achieve revenue target.
- Be a key contact, closed follow-up request & develop relationship with local buying offices.
- Exchange information with RKAM/GKAM to gain market share/ open new approval.
- Develop new services from global programs to Vietnam market.
- Propose strategic planning for business development to SBU/ BU.
- Keeps close contact with GKAM or RKAM to understand progress or time frame of KA program
- Keeps close connection with KA local representative office or its key sourcing agent to introduce our capability
- Monitoring & summarizing financial performance of the account and keep local managers and RKAM or GKAM updated
- Monitoring & following up with any quality issues, client complaint
- Organizes vendor seminar to introduce KA requests and get sales leads
- Supports sales staff approaching individual vendor; LKAM can also directly host key vendor
- Monitors project status especially during initial kick off stage to make sure no problem happens in quotation, TAT (turn-around-time), etc
- Transfers update of KA (client testing protocol, pricing, special reporting format, test request form and other documents) from GKAM or RKAM to relevant teams.
- Develop new services from global programs to Vietnam market.
- Coach & monitor activity of local Key Account Management team to achieve team target.
- Do weekly/ monthly report as requested. Propose strategic planning for business development to SBU/ BU.

- From 05 year- experience in related products or services
- Proficient in English
