Your role and a selection of your responsibilities:

SGS is expanding its sustainability services. As a passionate Sales Representative, you will actively market this new concept (IMPACT NOW for sustainability | SGS).

You are responsible for generating new business and positioning SGS as the trusted partner for sustainability solutions in the Benelux.

Your mission:

  • Actively generate and convert leads into sustainable customer relationships. You focus on developing new business and identifying opportunities within pre-aligned market segments in the Benelux.
  • Map out customer needs and translate them into suitable SGS solutions.
  • Convince customers of the added value of SGS as a reliable partner in sustainability.
  • Signal market trends and new opportunities, and feed them back internally.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to refine and strengthen proposals to customers.
  • Contribute to the success of SGS by achieving commercial objectives.

Function requirements:

  • A true sales initiator with a passion for customers and sustainability.
  • Strong commercial drive and proven experience in B2B sales (experience in relevant sectors, industry/service sector).
  • Affinity with sustainability, climate, energy management, in short ESG (Environment, Social & Governance) or related domains.
  • Strong communication skills and persuasiveness.
  • Self-starter who enjoys achieving successes.
  • Analytical ability to translate market insights into strategy.
  • You can easily switch between "good morning", "bonjour" and "good morning".
