Job Description

  • Creating and implementing the strategy for the sale of certification services in the area of medical products and in vitro diagnostics
  • Coordinating sales and operational activities in Poland and Scandinavian countries
  • Acquiring customers and conducting commercial negotiations – from the first contact to the signing of the contract
  • Preparing offers in accordance with SGS procedures and global pricing policy
  • Collaborating with local and global teams to deliver services and develop customer relationships
  • Participating in operational meetings, reporting activities in CRM
  • Coordinating cross-industry projects with key global clients
  • Monitoring the market and competition, and providing feedback to management

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High level of knowledge about the activities and products of certification units, particularly related to medical devices and in vitro diagnostics
  • Experience in selling services to global/international companies
  • Ability to manage and coordinate multiple projects
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to build strong client relationships
  • High precision and accuracy when issuing proposals to avoid misinterpretation and ensure compliance with client needs and expectations
  • Fluent English; knowledge of other additional foreign languages is an asset
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Salesforce CRM
  • Valid driver’s license category B
  • Demonstrating initiative, ability to utilize resources, and time management
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes
