Job Description

  • Central control of customer orders for certification services, including recording, checking for completeness, filing in the system, and continuous follow-up until completion
  • Operational interface function between customers, auditors, sales, and internal departments (e.g., laboratory, planning, specialist departments)
  • Support in determining the scope of the order, including service boundaries and time-related frameworks, as well as participation in the creation of offers and the transition to customer orders
  • Direct contact person for internal and external customers on order-related questions, schedule changes, questions about the process, and coordination of testing or audit activities
  • Ensuring the compliant order processing in compliance with all relevant quality, integrity, HSE, and compliance requirements, and actively contributing to an efficient, structured, and customer-oriented daily business

Qualifications

  • Completed commercial studies or commercial training with many years of professional experience or equivalent
  • Experience in the field of feed and agriculture, preferably in the area of certification
  • Routine in international cooperation - with customers and colleagues
  • High customer and service orientation, strong communication and social skills, assertiveness, and quick comprehension
  • Very good German and very good English skills (at least C1 level)
