Integrated into SGS Belgium SA, our "Industries & Environment" division is active in the field of regulatory controls, inspections, and analyses. We offer services such as impact studies, soil pollution studies, atmospheric measurements (emission and ambient air), acoustic studies, asbestos inspections, Legionella audits and analyses, and laboratories for analyses (PFAS, Dioxins, etc., routine and complex analyses). We are active in highly diversified sectors (Chemistry, Petrochemicals, Pharmaceuticals, Steel, Aeronautics, Food, Glass, Insulating Materials, Waste Treatment Centers, etc.).

Description of the Position

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Back Office to strengthen our sales team based at our entity located in Parc Créalys (Les Isnes). As a Sales Back Office, you will provide effective support in the context of the development of our activities in measurements, analyses, and environmental studies (atmospheric measurements, asbestos, laboratories, acoustics, soil pollution studies, hydrogeology, etc.). Our highly diversified services in the environmental field are mainly deployed in the French-speaking territory (Wallonia and Brussels) and potentially abroad. You will participate in the development of our client network, mainly active in various industrial sectors, public services, and various partners (federations, professional groups, etc.) during events, webinars, or trade shows. You will participate in the drafting of commercial offers in line with the specific needs of clients. You will support the development of the commercial strategy by analyzing the results obtained in collaboration with our Sales & Marketing service. You will ensure proactive follow-up of clients and contribute to their satisfaction.

Qualifications

Ideally, you possess a diploma with a scientific orientation or can demonstrate experience in our sector of activity. Previous experience in B2B services is an asset. This position requires excellent communication skills both internally and externally. You have excellent communication skills (oral and written) in French. Knowledge of Dutch and English is a plus. You are an enthusiastic and organized person. You are capable of working both in a team and independently.
