Job Description

Perform market analysis, competition, primary and secondary information methodologies, hyper-segmentation of clients, products, and services, of the company and the entire external environment to convert them into business strategies.

Lead and implement the promotion of SGS products and services, as well as promotional strategies and databases, in order to ensure efficient and effective marketing management and to contribute to the fulfillment of the business plan of the area.

Perform constant monitoring of the environment through the consultation of diverse sources and generate alerts to process leaders about the changes of this.

Identify, manage, and analyze data to understand the business and commercial environment in which SGS competes and in which it has business opportunities to obtain information about the target audience, competition, prices, and risks.

Manage with external agencies and SGS internal marketing area the execution of the marketing plan and communications of the sector, which includes the strategy of dissemination of the different campaigns, the design of advertising pieces, brochures, and advertising material, the schedule of sector events (own and as an assistant), follow-up of contractual commitments, and indicators of the agencies, mass mailings, etc., in such a way that the commercial strategy of the company is guaranteed and the clients and the general market are made aware of the company's service portfolio.

Manage the update and consolidation of segmented databases that will be used in the promotion activities of the area under the principles of habeas data.

Lead market studies and characterization of value chains, including studies of competition, price surveys, hidden clients, benchmarking, identification of main value links, stakeholders, etc.

Consolidate and identify best practices in the topics under its responsibility, evaluate their feasibility, and guide their implementation in coordination with the leader of the process.

Perform the calculation, follow-up, and generation of alerts from the measurement of indicators with daily, weekly, and monthly frequency.

Ensure that all leads are worked on by the business commercial team; and they are given the correct handling.

Responsible for generating the universe of companies to be worked on by the commercial area monthly, according to the strategic focus of the business.

Elaborate the business strategic plan, as well as the go to market. Ensures the follow-up and compliance of the latter.

Identify market opportunities, calculate the value of these for the business, and assign them together with the commercial chief to the commercial team of the business.

Measure the performance of the proposed strategies and fix correctives if the case.

Requirements

Education: Professional in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Marketing Administration, and related fields related to the Marketing area.

Experience: 4 years of experience in areas of Business Intelligence, strategic marketing of companies in the sector, Product Manager, and business development.

Technical knowledge: Presentation and digital marketing techniques. Advanced Excel, Access, Office package. Ability to consult online sources free and non-free. Solid bases in statistics, Big Data Analysis, and Data Mining.

Note 1: Regarding technical knowledge, if you do not meet all of them, the company will ensure compliance and follow-up through inclusion in the training/training program.

Languages: Intermediate English (+ 50%)

Salary: $5,350,000

Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:30 am to 4:30 pm Saturday 7:30 am to 12:00 pm
