SGS is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Key Account professional with experience in the TIC sector, to manage and develop a strategic client portfolio. The role will be responsible for the commercial relationship, identification of new opportunities, and business growth.

Main Responsibilities

  • Management and development of key clients in the TIC sector
  • Identification of new business opportunities and cross-selling
  • Collaboration with technical teams for the definition of customized solutions
  • Monitoring of performance and customer satisfaction
  • Preparation of offers, negotiation of contracts, and management of negotiations
  • Market and competition analysis

Qualifiche

  • Experience of at least 3 years in commercial roles in the TIC sector or similar
  • Excellent relational and negotiation skills
  • Customer orientation and goal achievement
  • Degree in technical or economic disciplines
  • Fluent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
  • Availability for travel within the national territory
