Actively source, screen, and shortlist candidates for internship, non-executive, and fresh graduate positions (with emphasis on technical and engineering roles).
Assist in job posting preparation and content creation to attract the right talent.
Conduct interview scheduling for shortlisted candidates and follow through the interview outcome.
Support basic documentation and data entry related to recruitment activities.
Current Diploma / Degree student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks independently.
Interest in technical hiring (engineering, chemistry, microbio) is a strong advantage.
Familiarity with Canva, social media, MS Office, or similar tools is an added benefit.
