Description of the Position

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented International Sales Manager H/F, capable of developing and strengthening our presence in international markets.

In this key position, your main mission will be to drive commercial development and ensure the follow-up of our clients on an international perimeter.

You will play a central role in the growth of our company by identifying new opportunities, retaining existing clients, and contributing actively to our global commercial strategy.

Location of the position: France

The main responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Achieve or exceed the sales objectives set in your area.
• Identify and develop new client accounts in the biopharma, pharmaceutical, cell therapies, and gene therapies sectors.
• Develop and implement personalized strategies for key accounts (client meetings, video conferences, technical presentations, pricing proposals, service contracts).
• Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships at different decision-making levels to influence purchasing choices.
• Provide active support to the sales team before, during, and after conferences or client meetings (preparation, follow-up, and execution).
• Represent SGS at conferences, trade shows, and events, in accordance with the company's marketing strategy.
• Follow up on commercial proposals, quotes, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
• Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements.
• Keep up to date the databases related to commercial development.
• Perform continuous monitoring of regulatory developments and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to develop cross-functional opportunities and meet client needs.

Qualifications

Holder of a Bac+5 (Master, Engineer, or equivalent) in life sciences, completed by commercial training.

With 2 to 3 years of commercial experience in the CRO sector, ideally in the sale of scientific services or in a regulated environment.

Key skills:

• Excellent communication skills (French and English, written and oral) and negotiation.
• Ability to represent the company with professionalism and autonomy.
• Organization, priority management, and proactive results-oriented spirit.
• Mastery of IT tools, CRM (ideally Salesforce), and communication.
• High mobility (50-60% travel).
