Job Description
Gather information from multiple sources to enter it into the HR system in a timely manner with the highest level of accuracy.
Ensure the data is error-free, and stored safely.
Update the database, transactions with proper approval.
Identify problems with the current database and propose suitable solutions.
Act as a contact point for HR system related enquiries.
Provide data support to HR teams while ensuring compliance with data privacy and data confidentiality regulations.
Calculate HR metrics, analyze data, prepare reports of data result, present findings to supervisor.
Based on analysis, make recommendation to assist decision-making.
Assist in HR surveys from market research vendor.
Other duties as assigned by managers.
Qualifications
Graduate university or college.
1+ year of experience in HR.
Experience in HRIS (Cadena and Workday) is a plus.
Responsible, careful, high attention to detail.
Data analytical mindset and strong problem solving skill.
Good in English (both written and verbal).
Proficient with Excel. Knowledge of PowerBI, Power Automate is a plus.
