Electric Service Engineer

- Inspect safety and maintenance of electrical systems, camera systems, and maintain monthly inspection logs. - Serve as team leader for the security team, coordinating the security forces between external BV HÙNG VƯƠNG and internal SGS security.

- Conduct daily inspections and regular monitoring of the building including the office and laboratory with energy consumption reports (electricity and water usage by month).

- Oversee the activities of subcontractors across the branch to ensure safety and security of PCCC.

- Prepare maintenance tickets for construction equipment and supervise subcontractors to implement maintenance plans for electrical systems, fire systems, air conditioning systems, lighting systems, ventilation systems, and specialized laboratory equipment within technical limits (excluding special maintenance tasks for specialized laboratory analysis machines, which will be handled by specialized suppliers).

- Supervise maintenance with all relevant parties when required support for diagnosis, troubleshooting, repair, and contact appropriate equipment suppliers or major maintenance.

- Find suitable suppliers and sources for all equipment, including purchasing requests.

- Serve departments in purchasing and remodeling equipment and infrastructure, participate in and serve the energy supply system layout for installing new equipment.

- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers for the appropriate requests of departments across the branch.

- Participate in serving with IT to install new equipment. Collaborate with IT HCM and equipment suppliers for appropriate requests of departments across the branch to ensure good communication issues in meetings. Online training…etc.

- Collaborate with laboratory managers to train laboratory staff on equipment operation and regular maintenance, including employee competency certification.

- Collaborate with the manager of the rented workshop and subcontractors on maintenance issues of industrial hygiene infrastructure, operation, and regular maintenance, and supervise the work.

- Retrain the skills of the security team to meet security, safety, and compliance with appropriate technical audit evidence for security and information security of customer goods.

- Perform all other tasks assigned by the manager and support the laboratory branch activities with HSE staff.

- Bachelor's degree or higher in electrical engineering or related field.

- 2-3 years of equivalent position experience.

- Good communication skills.
