RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure the implementation of the OH&S Policy.
Promoting and supporting an HSE culture from within by leading the implementation of core HSE programs, policies, and initiatives. Ensure the implementation of the OH&S Policy.
Support the QHSE Manager on the effective implementation of the HSE within the Project organization.
Oversee tendering for project.
Participate Corrective Action investigations.
Coaches with respect to Risk Assessments, Non-conformities resolution, and improvement opportunities.
Creates and modifies HSE policies, Plans, processes, and procedures.
Support the QHSE Manager in the develop and implementation of the HSE.
Plan and carry out HSE Audits.
Ensure that the requirements of the OH&S management system and project specific requirements are met by contractors/Outsourcing and their workers.
Ensure that outsourcing arrangements are consistent with legal requirements and other requirements and with achieving the intended outcomes of the OH&S management system.
