We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Spot to drive the growth of Spot services (short-cycle, high-margin projects) at a national level, within the energy, hydrocarbons, and mining sectors.
It is a new position, with direct impact on commercial results and on the experience of our clients.
What will you do in this role?
- Develop and close Spot commercial opportunities (short-duration, fast-execution services) in multiple industrial sectors.
- Manage a high volume of daily quotations, ensuring speed, constant follow-up, and effective closure.
- Coordinate and, when required, elaborate quotations together with the technical and commercial team.
- Actively follow up on commercial proposals (minimum 2 times per week per opportunity).
- Negotiate commercial conditions aligned with margins, pricing, and internal guidelines.
- Ensure an excellent customer experience, resolving incidents and fostering repeat purchases.
- Register and manage opportunities, activities, and pipeline in CRM (Salesforce).
- Work transversally with technical, logistics, and support teams once the services are awarded.
Success indicators
- Sustained generation of Spot revenues aligned with business objectives.
- Compliance with response times in quotations and commercial proposals.
- Effective management of the commercial pipeline, with a focus on conversion and closure.
- Consistent follow-up of opportunities and long-term relationships with clients.
- High level of customer satisfaction and recurrence in the purchase of services.
Requisitos
Profile we are looking for
- B2B commercial experience in industrial services (Spot sales, short-cycle projects, or technical services).
- High orientation to results, follow-up, and closure.
- Ability to prioritize opportunities and self-manage in high-demand environments.
- Experience using CRM (Salesforce or others).
- Service vocation, empathy, and focus on the customer experience.
- Availability for national travel (reference: ~1 week per month).
Education: Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields (we value experience more than the degree). Level: Intermediate (individual contributor role, no team in charge).
