Business owner of Revenue Cycle Systems, including third-party software and internally-developed systems. Uses experience and knowledge and works with field operations, field finance, and the SSC to identify opportunities for processing and reporting improvements and efficiencies. Acts as liaison with TMN IT and third-party system providers to ensure that revenue cycle system transactional processing and reporting requirements are met. Identifies and drives process improvements and efficiencies through automation and integration of systems.

Manages direct reports including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, and training. Makes decisions on employee hires, transfers, promotions, salary changes, discipline, terminations, and similar actions. Resolves employee problems within position responsibilities

Sedentary work.
