Student Advisor (Sales)

As a Student Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for families interested in our preschool program. You will connect with parents, understand their needs, and guide them through the registration process. This role combines relationship-building skills with achieving sales targets—ensuring targets are met while providing a warm, professional, and trustworthy experience.

Your duties include:

• Identifying and reaching out to potential families through phone, events, or online channels.
• Building and managing a pipeline to consistently reach enrollment targets.
• Organizing school tours, open houses, and engaging program presentations.
• Guiding families through the entire registration process smoothly.
• Establishing long-term relationships that drive referrals.
• Working closely with the marketing and teaching teams to deliver the best experience.

Qualifications we seek:

• Minimum S1 in Education, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in direct sales/B2C (preferably in the education sector).
• Sales-oriented, proven ability to meet targets and close deals.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Demonstrated skills in persuasion and sales.
• Familiarity with CRM and office software.
• Flexible to work on weekends when there are events, with off-days on weekdays.
• Passion for early childhood education.
