Responsibilities:
Build and Manage B2B Partnerships
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with insurance companies and other business partners to drive strategic growth.
Relationship Management
Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth collaboration, addressing concerns promptly, and identifying new opportunities for synergy.
Lead Contract Negotiations
Handle discussions around terms and agreements with partners, ensuring deals are beneficial and align with company goals.
Conduct Market Research & Analysis
Regularly analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new partnership opportunities and inform strategy.
Requirements:
At least 4 Years of Relevant Experience
You've worked in partnerships, business development, or a related field, ideally in the insurance or healthcare space.
Insurance Partnership Background is a Plus
Experience working directly with insurance companies is highly valued and can help you hit the ground running.
Strong Communication & Negotiation Skills
You're confident, clear, and persuasive—whether it's writing an email, leading a meeting, or closing a deal.
Analytical Mindset
You're comfortable digging into data and using insights to guide decisions and improve performance.
Detail-Oriented Approach
You notice the small things that others might miss, which is essential when handling contracts and managing relationships.
Background in Dental or Healthcare is a Bonus
