Employee Relations And Industrial Relations Manager

Responsible for handling all matters related to employee relations (ER) and industrial relations (IR) across all education brands under. The role ensures compliance with company policies and labor regulations while supporting a positive working environment and smooth employee lifecycle processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the offboarding process for Education Centers, ensuring smooth exit experience and compliance with regulations.
  2. Handle renewal of employment contracts for Education Centers.
  3. Support Sparks brands in resolving issues related to employee relations and industrial relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and labor law compliance.
  4. Maintain proper documentation and reports of ER/IR cases.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent application of company policies across all education brands.

Requirements:

  • Proficient in using Google Spreadsheet and Autocrat (Mail Merge) for reporting and automation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and resolve conflicts effectively.
  • Ability to work independently while coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English is a plus.
