Lead teacher onboarding—from document collection, training, to classroom readiness.
Develop clear SOPs and collaborate across departments to ensure smooth onboarding and teaching operations.
Plan and deliver regular teacher training and development sessions tailored for early childhood educators.
Analyze class feedback, teacher performance, and student progress to continuously improve teaching quality.
Build systems to ensure consistent data tracking across scheduling, feedback, and outcomes.
Monitor class delivery, student engagement, and adherence to curriculum.
Troubleshoot real-time classroom issues in collaboration with the teaching and parent engagement teams.
Collect, synthesize, and act on feedback from students, parents, and educators.
3–5 years of experience in preschool academic operations, teacher management, or early childhood education delivery.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows in a structured way.
Proven experience in data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets) to support operational decision-making.
Clear communicator with strong collaboration skills across teams.
