We are looking for a Director Of Marketing & Product Strategy to lead our marketing vision and product positioning across all product lines, with a strong focus on our fast-growing conversational AI technologies.

What You'll Do
- Develop and execute the overall marketing and product strategy across all product lines.
- Develop and own our go-to-market narrative, product positioning, and value proposition while working cross-functionally to translate that into GTM strategy, plans, and campaigns.
- Determine and place a particular emphasis on product lines which has the strongest growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry analysts (e.g., Gartner, Forrester, IDC) to increase visibility and ensure inclusion in influential market reports such as the Magic Quadrant.
- Work with product management and sales and presales teams to identify, prioritize, and resource product and partnership programs and efforts.
- Lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and international expansion plans.
- Translate technical capabilities into clear, impactful messaging and positioning.
- Represent the company externally through thought leadership, conferences, and industry events.
- Build and strengthen our brand presence across local and global markets.
- Deliver market insights and feedback—especially around pricing sensitivity—to influence roadmap decisions.
- Identify market opportunities and guide product evolution to deepen product-market fit.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in marketing leadership, product strategy, or product marketing.
- Solid background in AI-driven technologies, conversational AI and contact center solutions.
- Experience in analyst relations and positioning companies as industry leaders.
- Deep understanding of storytelling and narrative development to simplify complex ideas.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market planning, product positioning, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication skills in English; Turkish is a plus.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute and deliver measurable results.
- Experience in global markets and working with international customers is highly desirable.
