Job Description
What you get to do in this role:
- Define and operate NPI planning & governance processes across cross-functional GTM teams, to ensure the right investment levels for product success & the ability to pivot plans and respond swiftly to customer needs
- Influence and work cross-functionally to align functional plans
- Ensuring comprehensive planning including post sale readiness
- Define & manage KPI's (leading, lagging indicators) across product lifecycle
- Accountable for driving accountability for action plans cross-functionally to improve KPI's
- Mobilize and lead a variety of initiatives across the NPI transformation portfolio, including digitization and automation projects
- Drive projects from inception to completion, ensuring all workstream deliverables are completed on time, on budget, and with quality
- Partner closely with enterprise business planning teams to provide visibility and transparency to strategic priorities
- Conduct thorough and detailed analysis to produce data driven recommendations to enable leadership decisions
- Deliver progress updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Continuously apply a customer / partner lens across the customer journey to identify and execute optimization opportunities to improve NPI objectives.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role you have:
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.

- Strong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skills

- Ability to conduct meaningful analysis of complex data and translate the results into actionable messages and deliverables

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $137,500-$189,000, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs.
Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
